The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, unchanged, unwashed, and with their tags attached. If merchandise is returned in violation of these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional cost;

Full-price items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit;
SALE ITEMS
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotion event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;
FINAL SALE
Items marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned in violation of this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional cost;
PROMO CODE
Orders placed with a promotional code that provides a discount on the order (except our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;
SWIMWEAR
All swimwear must be tried on with underwear; the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be returned;
RETURN SHIPPING
We recommend trying on all items as soon as they are received to ensure you can return items within the return timeframe.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and fees for returned items are the customer's responsibility. camelialuu.com takes no responsibility for lost incoming return shipments. We encourage you to return your items via registered or trackable postal services as return packages remain the customer's responsibility until received by camelialuu.com;
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We strive to process refunds daily, but it may take up to 3-5 business days before your return can be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
